A powerful earthquake of magnitude 7.6 struck near the Noto Peninsula of Ishikawa Prefecture on the west coast of central Japan at 4:10 pm local time on Monday (January 1), causing the collapse of many houses and roads and a tsunami in coastal areas.  A warning was issued right after that. However, now ‘Major Tsunami Warning’ has been downgraded to ‘Tsunami Warning‘. Residents are still asked to evacuate their homes as the tsunami is still being recorded.

Thousands of people living near the Sea of Japan have been asked to move to higher ground. People are in trouble and are very scared due to the situation created due to the earthquake. Dozens of small earthquakes have struck central Japan since about 4 p.m. local time, and more are expected to follow. The epicenter of the earthquake was 30 kilometers east-northeast of Wajima in the Noto region of Ishikawa at 37.5 degrees north latitude and 137.2 degrees east longitude. There is a danger of major earthquakes in this area. According to the weather agency, its depth was very less.

The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) said a 5.7-magnitude earthquake struck at 4:06 p.m. local time in the Noto area on the Sea of Japan side of Japan’s main island of Honshu. After this, an earthquake of 7.6 magnitude at 4.10 pm, an earthquake of 6.1 magnitude at 4.18 pm, an earthquake of 4.5 magnitude at 4.23 pm, an earthquake of 4.6 magnitude at 4.29 pm and an earthquake of 4.8 magnitude at 4.32 pm. This was considered a major incident in terms of damage to the environment. Then 10 meter high waves in the sea caused devastation in many cities. About 18 thousand people died in this disastrous calamity.

  • Japan is an island nation that is situated on the Circum-Pacific Belt, also known as the “Ring of Fire” in the Pacific. In a nutshell, it’s a route that runs alongside the Pacific Ocean and is dotted with active volcanoes and regular earthquakes.
  • Because of this special characteristic, Japan is responsible for 20% of all earthquakes with a magnitude of six or higher worldwide. In actuality, there is an earthquake in the nation once every five minutes. Occasionally, this also leads to enormous tsunamis.
  • In September of last year, Japan commemorated the 100th anniversary of the actual Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923, which claimed over a million lives. Around 3,000,000 paper-and-wood houses in Japan were destroyed in the fire, which severely damaged the nation’s social and economic infrastructure at a time when it was trying to modernize.

Natural calamities are considered to be an ‘Act of God’. Tsunamis, earthquakes, volcano eruptions, floods and other calamities are considered to be out of human control. Some researchers and scientists suggest that modern human civilization has started disturbing the Nature’s Cycle, which is resulting in natural calamities like untimely rain, glacier melting and others.

If we approach this issue spiritually, then it is clear that it is an act of a demigod whose name is Kaal. Who is the master of 21 universes. Who is cursed to eat 1 lakh humans every day. Which is why he keeps on sending natural calamities upon us. He is also known as “Satan”. Who has captured us all in his prison. Where we all are forced to live according to his constitution. Kaal is too strong and powerful for us to free ourselves from his clutches. We need a stronger refuge to save ourselves.

The Supreme God is the most powerful being i.e. Almighty God Kabir Saheb Ji is the creator of everything and everyone that exists. If we take the refuge of Supreme God Kabir Saheb Ji, we can be saved from all sorts of natural calamities and disasters which Kaal (Satan) keeps sending one after the other. Almighty God Kabir Saheb Ji is the creator of all the souls. The evidence can be found in all the holy scriptures of all the religions including Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Judaism and others. All the religions point towards the One Supreme God who is the creator of everything and everyone. His name is “Kavirdev” (Kabir Saheb Ji).
