The former President of India, Pranab Mukherjee, passed away today on the afternoon of August 31. Son Abhijit Mukherjee confirmed this on the tweet. The Bharat Ratna awarded 84-year-old Pranab Mukherjee was admitted to the Army hospital at 12.07 pm on August 10 due to blood clotting in the brain.
Pranab Mukherjee’s condition remained grim for the past few days. He was in the ICU of Army RR (Research and Referral) Hospital at Dhaula Kuan. There was blood circulation in his body, but the condition did not improve. He was on a ventilator. He was corona infected in the investigation before the operation. After that, doctors operated him. His condition worsened since the surgery.
