As per the certificate the vaccine cannot be utilized commonly until 1 January 2021, probably after completion of larger clinical trials.

The COVID-19 vaccine has been developed by the Moscow-based Gamaleya Institute, the vaccine has been dubbed as Sputnik-V, a reference to the surprise 1957 launch of the world’s first satellite by the Soviet Union. The vaccine has not passed crucial Phase 3 trials where it is supposed to be administered to thousands of people.

According to Russian government sources, Putin’s younger daughter Katrina (33) was engaged in the early days of the vaccine test.
