Candidates can visit the official website gate2024.iisc.ac.in to download their admit card by filling all the necessary details, once admit cards are released. Candidates can also check the website for any other notification or official information.
Will the GATE Admit card 2024 be out today?
GATE admit card 2024 was expected to be released on 3rd January 2024 on its official website. But it was not issued on 3rd January. It is a possibility that Candidates might get their admit cards by today but it is also not confirmed yet.

What are the Exam Timings?
GATE 2024 exams shall be conducted in two shifts on 3rd, 4th, 10th and 11th February 2024. The timings of the shift are 9:30AM to 12:30PM and 2:30PM to 5:30PM. Candidates can check the detailed schedule on the official website with latest notifications.
GATE 2024 Admit Card: Marks Distribution
GATE exams are distributed into following marks type:
- General Aptitude: 15 marks
- Subject: 85 marks
- Total: 100 marks
GATE 2024: Documents Required to Enter Examination Hall
- Candidates are required to bring a printed admit card on A4 paper for verification. The photo and signature on the admit card should be clear for verification at the time of examination.
- Candidates are also required to bring an original valid government ID proof for verification of details.
- Both the admit card and ID proof are necessary to enter for examination.

Important Tips for GATE Exam 2024
- One cannot use a physical calculator during examinations
- Virtual calculators will be available on the computer screen.
- Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination hall before the scheduled end of examination.
- One pad for rough work will be given at one time. Candidates can take an extra rough pad after submitting the initial one.
- GATE score is valid for three years from the result announcement date.
