- Terrorism
- Drug trafficking
- Human trafficking
BIMSTEC Summit for Culture and Sports
To strengthen cultural ties, India will host:
- A Traditional Music Festival
- A BIMSTEC Athletics Meet this year

The BIMSTEC countries signed a Maritime Transport Cooperation Agreement. This will:
