JEE 2024: Mains Highlights
- JEE 2024 Mains Examination Session 2 exam city slips are available to download.
- The National Testing Agency(NTA) has announced the exam city slips. It can be downloaded from www.jeemain.nta.ac.in. Admit cards will be issued further.
- Second session exams will be carried out from April 1 to April 15th.
- Exams shall be carried out in two shifts, 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm.
- As per the earlier announcement, admit cards shall be available three days before the examination which was 29 March for 1st April Examination.

How to download JEE 2024 Mains Admit Card
- Admit cards can be easily downloaded from the website of National Testing Agency (NTA), www.jeemain.nta.ac.in.
- Visit the website and click on the JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Admit Card link on the home page.
- In a new window, candidates are required to enter their details.
- After proceeding, admit cards shall be displayed on the screen.
- Candidates should match all the details of the admit card and check whether they are correct or not.
- Candidates should inform the NTA helpline numbers if any error is found in their admit cards.
- Candidates can download the admit card and can keep the print out of the same as well.
How to download the exam city slip for Session 2?
- Visit the website www.jeemain.nta.ac.in.
- Open the exam city information slip link by going to the Candidate activity tab.
- Candidates shall be asked to enter application number and date of birth.
- By entering the details, candidates can download the exam city slip.

- Exam Dates for the BE/B.Tech are: 04, 05, 06, 08 and 09th April 2024.
- Paper 2A (B.Arch), Paper 2B (B.Planning), Paper 2A & 2B (B.Arch and B. Planning) are on 12th April 2024.
JEE 2024 Mains Admit Card: Things to Carry in Examination Hall
- Admit Card along with Self Declaration Undertaking.
- Self Declaration Undertaking to be downloaded from NTA website and duly filled.(a clear print out on A4 paper is required)
- A simple transparent ballpoint pen.
- Additional photograph to be pasted on the attendance sheet.
- A simple and personal transparent water bottle.
- Sugar tablets/fruits in case the patient is diabetic.
JEE 2024 Mains: Tips for Candidates
- Candidates should do all their rough work and calculations in the rough sheet provided. No need to bring any rough sheet of your own.
- The provided rough sheet shall be submitted back to the invigilator after the completion of the exam.
- Any unfair practice found during examination can result in debarring the candidate for next 3 years and the candidate is also liable for any criminal action on it.
- The Ministry of Human Resource Development has mandated NTA to set up Test Practice Centres (TPC) so as to allow students in the rural and remote areas to practice for the Computer Based Test (CBT). This is free of cost and students can avail this through the NTA website.
- The process of Normalization (percentile equivalence) shall be used by NTA to compare candidate scores along multi-session papers.
